About Evidentia

Evidentia is being built as a human-led evidence-review workspace for agencies deploying AI receptionists for home-service businesses. Its purpose is to connect business rules, agent statements, supplied evidence, reviewer assessments, findings, and retests.

A transcript can establish what an agent said. Assessing whether the claimed action occurred may also require tool results and appropriate calendar or CRM records. The planned workflow keeps those records and the reviewer’s rationale together, without hiding missing information.

Evidentia does not independently authenticate uploaded records, make final judgments, or certify an agent as safe to launch. The first-release scope centers on one owner/reviewer per workspace, manual evidence collection, separate action, claim, and policy assessments, and traceable exports.
